When you look at the side panel on the "Pubs" [Publications] page and where the "Types of Cuisine" page is, it is separated from the Making Sense of Cuisine group. By the time the general reader and students have reached "Types of cuisine", they may either have had enough of 'Making Sense' or even made some sense of it. The making-sense aspect of the lecture on Monday 24 Jan depends on the route chosen as described on the "For Students" page. http://semanticcuisine.yolasite.com/for-students.php Telling me which route you prefer has its use-by date - Friday. If other routes are wanted, it's even more preferable to let me know asap.
